Delivery & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are excited to help you create the bedroom of your dreams. Here’s what you need to know about how we get your new bedding to you.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to choose from.

Estimated delivery times will be provided once you select your shipping method during checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

3. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of Sri Lanka.

4. How Do I Check My Order Status?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sundarie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your bedding. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Our 14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs.

2. Hygiene Policy (Important)

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been used, slept on, or washed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sheets
  • Pillowcases
  • Duvet Covers
  • Pillows & Comforters

We recommend inspecting your items carefully upon arrival before using or washing them.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@sundarie.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email or email us directly at info@sundarie.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • “Final Sale” or clearance items
  • Items that have been washed or used (as per our Hygiene Policy)

7. Exchanges

The simplest way to process an exchange is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like.
