1. Introduction

Welcome to Adaredi.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Adaredi.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a business operating in Sri Lanka, specializing in bedding and home textiles.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.

2. Products and Custom Orders

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.
  • Sizing: Bedding sizes (King, Queen, Double, Single) are standard approximations. For Custom Orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We are not responsible for ill-fitting products due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • Fabric: Natural variations in fabric texture or weave are characteristic of the material and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Onepay and Direct Bank Transfer.
  • Security: As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your full credit/debit card details. All online transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways.
  • Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been verified. For Bank Transfers, please share the slip via WhatsApp or Email to confirm your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Courier Partners: We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers, including Royal Express, Koombiyo, and Citypack, to deliver your orders.
  • Delivery Details: You agree to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid telephone number. This information will be shared with the courier to facilitate delivery.
  • Timelines: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to ship orders promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of bedding products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on opened bed sheets or pillowcases for health reasons.
  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us via WhatsApp (077 27 11 670) or Email (info@adaredi.com) within 3 days of receiving the package.
  • Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment or via Bank Transfer within a reasonable timeframe after we inspect the returned item.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 (PDPA) of Sri Lanka.

  • By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data (such as Name, Address, and Contact Number) for order fulfillment and delivery purposes as detailed in our separate Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Adaredi.com and protected by international and local copyright laws. You may not use our product images for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adaredi.com, our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our service or any products procured using the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
